One Stop Clinic. Triple assessment including ultrasound, mammogram and needle test Cytology (needle test) within 2 hours.

Ultrasound guided core biopsy, Mammotome biopsy, Core biopsy results in 24 hours, MRI where appropriate.

Therapeutic mammotome (keyhole surgery) for lumps, nipple discharge, abscess, gynaecomastia.

Breast Care Nurse support.

Reconstructive Surgery

Aim : Achieve oncological safety and cosmesis without compromising either.

Techniques involve skin and/or nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. Delayed reconstruction after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Reconstruction methods include Tissue expander based reconstruction and Latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap.

Nipple areolar reconstruction and nipple tattooing.

Symmetrisation procedures on the contralateral breast - Augmentation, Reduction and Mastopexy ( breast lift).
